Any request for Unemployment Benefits for Illness, Injury and Maternity of Agricultural and Floricultural Workers and any request for Reimbursements by Farms must be made using ONE of the following options:
- Through the representative trade union organizations
- By downloading the relevant forms, to send them via fax (+39 (0)376 362699) or by mail (CASSA C.I.M.I., Casella Postale 127, Poste Centrali, Piazza Martiri di Belfiore, 46100 Mantova).
